The following information pertains to the people that will be administering the test and
viewing the results. The 'main recruiter' will not only be able to test people and view
results, but will also be the person that completes the Job Profile Form, has the ability
to view usage, set up new positions, etc. Co-recruiters have the ability to test people
and view results but don't have the other privileges of a main recruiter. Setting up
Co-recruiters is optional and can be done at a later date if necessary.

The following information pertains to the jobs for which you will initially be testing people. Please note that the job title that you choose will be seen by people who are taking the test.
The report format you choose (Sales or Non-Sales) will determine the format in which the results will be generated. The Sales format is focused on selling activities as it addresses such things as prospecting, closing, and response to incentives and is suitable for virtually any selling position. The Non-Sales format would be suitable for all other positions. This can be changed at a later date if necessary.
You will be asked to decide how many tests, from the block that you are purchasing, will be allotted to each position. Tests can always be moved around, but for now a number of tests must be assigned to each position.
Please be aware that additional positions can be set up at a later date according to your company's need.
